Gingerbread Loaf


1 3/4 cups almond flour

2 Tbsp coconut flour

4 eggs

1/3 cup honey

¼ cup melted coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup almond butter

1/3 cup water

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 Tbsp molasses

1 Tbsp cinnamon

2 teaspoons ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground cloves

1 ½ teaspoons nutmeg

½ teaspoon sea salt



1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

2. Grease the inside of a standard-sized bread pan and cover with parchment paper, allowing it to stick.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, water, vanilla extract, molasses, melted coconut oil, and almond butter.

4. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, ground ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.

5. Gently mix the wet and dry ingredients together, stirring until fully combined.

6. Pour the batter into the bread pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.

7. Let cool and enjoy!
